If I remember correctly, you once said that your dad bought you your first wig. And he is also responsible for the habits that led to your fit flexible body. So everyone who's ever enjoyed watching you jump into a split on stage while looking absolutely fabulous or do a breathtaking head stand onto a dancer's crotch should feel deepest gratitude to that man. Please, thank your dad on behalf of your adoring fans.
Go Katya go! I’ve loved the IG fitness moments throughout the dumpster fire that was this past year and a half. I’m a planking queen now, guess I gotta work on pull-ups next! Thanks for the tips!
this is so interesting and as a dancer i want to try and interpret this / these ideas into building strength. like ok say for ballet the two areas i need to do more work on are adage (for obvious reasons) and pointe work (i haven’t done it in so long because of a lack of classes, thanks covid) but ok take those two areas, i want to try these techniques for building strength but twist it into dance. so for adage and extensions doing the jump up burn out method but like… with my legs hahaha, also similar for pointe work and with those really controlled descents. ok so i do it anyways with pointe work but like reeeaallyyy focusing in on what muscles give first, it’s so interesting and cool. i love it. i’ll be honest, i was feeling pretty shitty because i’m back in school tomorrow but this has made my night better <3 :))
Imma save this for real bc I always get too lost in the "supplies needed" portion of anything I do so keeping it simple stupid is helpful. Also, I have spaghetti arms so the idea of a lowly coming DOWN is helpful. Why TF didn't gym teachers suggest that? Oh no, it's always got to be up. Sickos. My adult goal is to be able to do a handstand and cartwheel again. As an old fat with a geriatric womb, I have not done this in a long while BUT IMMA GET THERE.
Also? I wanna be able to do a bridge again. Also wanna be able to stand on my neck without having my bewbs snuff out my life via suffocation. Just putting these here to commit! LOL.
I have no idea what any of this said because I am so distracted by how good you look.

That little smile in the video... My heart ❤️🖤
Oh how I wish my parents would have had the same discipline with me regarding physical activity 🥲
Samesies. They were like "Do whatever TF you want but be home at 10 on the dot." Never, "Yes, you WILL excel at physical fitness.
setting a strict foundation of exercise for the kid and giving the rest up to god sounds like the best method of parenting I've heard by far
Loving this detailed description of these exercises with the visuals! Truly living up to the Vampire Fitness brand
You are the best!! Loved everything about this post! Especially the tutorial pics!
the way my twig arms would snap
invented fitness
The "working backwards" technique sounds so clever! As a person with zero upper arm strength I might just go and try this out. Thanks, Katya!❤
i really appreciate you recording the steps as well!!

Amazing. I have a trainer too, I passed this by her, and she said it matches her approach to a tee!
